When a brand wants to tell their story, the default is to talk about how great they are. But that wasn’t going to work for a brand that had built an empire on being conscientious, unassuming, and in large part, advertising-averse. So for Vanguard’s first ever brand campaign, we took a radical turn from the expected and made their investors the voice of the brand. Because this humble giant knows that without them, a “mutual investment company” would just be a quirky thesis on a Princeton desk instead of a force of change in the financial world.
